The Stress Free Way

  1. Come exactly as you are
    Please resist the urge to tidy before I arrive! Your current space tells me everything I need to know to help you best. Those ‘piles’ are simply stories waiting to be heard – they help me understand your unique habits and needs.

  2. Gather a few simple supplies (if you can):

    • Strong black bin bags (for donations and recycling)

    • Water and your favourite snacks (tidying can be hungry work!)

  3. Nourish yourself first

    • Enjoy a good meal beforehand

    • Wear something comfortable that makes you feel good

    • Rest well the night before
